Where do you ship from?
We currently ship directly from our trusted warehouse partners in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this window cannot be guaranteed, but you may return your order for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sales seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2–4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us immediately if you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and all related details. We’ll work quickly to resolve your case.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
